Crocheted food - yum

The only thing better than felt food is crocheted food. I found an excellent pattern for crocheted cupcakes at BitterSweet (what an amazing blog - she is a crochet genius). From there, I just made the patterns up myself.

Chocolate cupcake with pink icing and sprinkles

apple

carrot

The cheeseburger is my favorite.

You are just amazing - you have given me a perfect idea for Sheldon's Halloween costume... I'll keep you updated. =)

Alicia - I don't know what you have in mind, but have you ever seen the baby Roast Turkey costume by Isabelle Ortley? There is a tutorial on Martha Stewart's website: http://www.marthastewart.com/portal/site/mslo/menuitem.3a0656639de62ad593598e10d373a0a0/?vgnextoid=22326d14552b4110VgnVCM1000003d370a0aRCRD&autonomy_kw=food%20costumes&rsc=ns2006_m2

There are also pictures of baby lobster, salad and pie costumes. They are awesome.

I LOVE this food! Do you have patterns for them? I'd love to use my scrap yarn to make food for my daughter.

You did an amazing job with them. Probably the next thing that you have to make. It is a pizza shape thing.
