The project of this evening was this flowered baby bib. I'm a big fan of the fabric. The backside is terrycloth, so it can double as a washcloth after baby's dinner.I'm working on a tutorial for it - hopefully I will post it tomorrow!

I agree with trina, you should definately sell on etsy.com. It's set up for people like you and I that make our products by hand. There is alot of traffic there and it would get you some attention. Your designs and concepts are adorable and would do well on etsy.
I am a soap maker , bath bombs, candles etc. and I love etsy. I also have my own website for my homebased business. Alot of people look for this sort of thing.

Paricia - I bought this fabric at a store called The City Quilter in NY. I don't know the name/brand because I cut off the selvage and threw it away. Sorry! The pink flannel from my burp cloths is from JoAnn's Fabrics.
Faith G - thanks for the apron proposal, but I'm not sure I'm up to it. I am actually quite a beginner when it comes to sewing and am afraid of messing up your fabric/pattern. I would suggest contacting someone who sells aprons on Etsy (Dapper Duds - http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5084336 comes to mind). Many times, these shop owners will do custom orders.
Speaking of Etsy, thanks for all the encouragement everyone!!! It is something I have thought about quite a bit, but just haven't come to a decision about. I love the idea of it, but just hate mass-producing things. Right now, since I work full time, I just don't know if I can do both. It is in my long time plans when I am someday a stay at home mom!

Bib idea- I've noticed that longer bibs tend to work a bit better. Otherwise when goopy baby food plops out of their mouths (which it always does) it goes right onto their lap and then you have to wash their pants (sigh). Just a thought.
The button closure is awesome. They figure out velcro way to fast.
