grocery bag dispenser

hi friends...

I'm down in Virginia, eagerly awaiting the arrival of a sweet baby nephew. Just wanted to recommend a lovely tutorial over at Make It and Love It (great blog!).

I like to re-use shopping bags, and for a long time, my broom closet has looked like this:

But now it looks like this:
Yay! Much better. This tutorial was easy, fast, and so functional. She has oodles of other fab tutorials as well.

Have a great weekend!

What? What? You're in Virginia? I live in suburban Maryland - oh, to be so close! I knew I was feeling unnaturally extra motivated today, and no wonder. I must be channeling your energy!

Hi Jill,
You don't know me, but I have to say I love your blog! Thanks for all the great ideas! You are super talented!
I tried clicking on your email button, but for some reason it won't work. Any how I am working on a little service project and am seeking some help. In memory of our baby Maxwell, I wanted to make and donate receiving blankets. I would like to donate these blankets to Utah Valley Medical Center in Utah as well as local hospital's here in New York. The blankets would be given to grieving parents who lose their babies. I know when Maxwell passed away one thing that I wanted was for him to be kept warm. I remember receiving a white blanket from someone I didn't know and I can't tell you how much it meant to me. I loved bundling Maxwell tight in something warm. I want to pay it forward,so my goal is to donate 100 (if not more) receiving blankets. I can't do it on my own so I was wondering if you could post a little something on your blog?:)
Please don't feel any pressure just thought I would ask. Thank you so much!

I love all of your cute ideas, but I was wondering if you have ever seen a tutorial for a car seat cover, not the type that goes over the baby, but to replace the old seat cover. I hope that makes sense. My email is meganturner06@yahoo.com

Love the bag holder, although I don't see myself motivated enough in the near future to put one together - sad. However, I mostly want to tell you that the suspense over the last two quiet book pages is killing me! I've started working on two at the same time, one for my 9-month-old and one for my nephew (I figured if I was going to cut out all those felt pieces I might as well do it all at once). I really only just started, but I am nearly drooling as I try to imagine what your last two pages are going to look like. No pressure! I'm sure the time with your family is a lovely blessing and you should relax and enjoy it all, just don't forget to finish the book when you get home... :) Thank you for the great ideas.
