the post where I distract you with a cute picture of Oscar

Hi friends.  I'm sorry to report that this has been a slow week of sewing/crafting.  In the battle between wanting to make something and wanting to take a nap, napping has won out almost everyday.

But look!  Oscar is still so cute!  Remember when I made him?  He's still the best thing I've ever done.

Don't worry, I still have a mile-long project list to tackle before baby comes (only 8 weeks to go!), and I have something special coming up next week.

Have a lovely weekend, and if you get a chance, enjoy a nap.  :)

How funny - we're on the same schedule. I have 7 more weeks until my first babe is due to make her appearance. You're getting a lot more crafting done. By the time I get home from work, I don't even have the energy to sit up. There's a nightgown by the sewing machine that has been waiting for a casing and bottom tie since Sunday. 5 minutes of sewing, tops, and I can't get it done...

Oh my word! Oscar's baby pic... he had my all time favorite baby hair, full of fun, hinting at even more fun things to come!

Oscar is by far the cutest thing you've made (until baby girl comes of course, then you'll have two master pieces!)
And I am so jealous of his hair!!! I made the mistake of chopping off Thomas' hair and now I regret it deeply!

I can say I totally relate to you!
I'm 27 week done and naps most often win over making stuff! and now that my lady sleeps in the afternoon for 2h in a row...Naps are great time, very great time indeed!

That is one great distraction you've got there. He is absolutely gorgeous. You think your kids are beautiful no matter what since you're the mom, but he is officially a beautiful little boy. It's not just you:) Love those eyes.
